Vincent is a Partner in RSM New Zealand's Business Advisory team, providing accounting, advisory and strategic support to businesses across a broad range of industries.

Since beginning his career in 2013, Vincent has built extensive experience working with organisations of varying sizes and complexity. He is known for his technical expertise, practical approach and ability to simplify complex issues, helping clients make informed decisions with confidence.

Vincent is passionate about delivering outcomes that create a tangible difference for his clients, focusing not only on the success of the business itself but also the people behind it. 

Experience

Vincent began his accounting career in 2013 with a mid-tier accounting firm in Auckland, where he spent eight years developing his technical and advisory expertise before joining RSM New Zealand in 2021.

Throughout his career, he has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, including labour hire, logistics, property development, healthcare and bloodstock. His adaptability and commitment to continuous learning have enabled him to quickly develop expertise across different sectors and become a trusted resource for technical accounting and business advisory matters.

Vincent has a particular interest in technology and innovation and regularly explores ways to leverage emerging software and digital solutions to improve efficiency, enhance reporting and deliver better outcomes for both clients and teams.

Outside of work, Vincent enjoys spending time with his wife and young son, travelling, gaming, listening to heavy metal music and following a wide range of sports. .
