Ingunn is the head of RSM's department in Trøndelag. She is also a lawyer and partner at RSM Advokatfirma AS (law firm) which is affiliated with the audit and advisory firm RSM Norge AS and functions both as the legal department of the audit and advisory firm and as an independent law firm, focusing mainly on tax, VAT, customs and excise duties, company law/structuring, real estate, construction and building, and transactions.

Ingunn has prior experience from Deloitte and PwC where she provided legal advice related to corporate law and transactions, reorganizations, and restructuring. In addition, she has many years of experience in assisting companies in the area of employment law, including hires, layoffs, and dismissals.

Outside of the consulting industry, Ingunn has experience from EIKA banks where she has been employed as the administration manager and head of administration. In addition, she has been appointed trustee by the Sør-Trøndelag District Court.
