Please join us for an insightful presentation that uses a case study to demonstrate how to implement an effective B-BBEE Strategy. We will be looking at Flight Centre as our case study.
This presentation will focus on:
- The thought processes in considering the suitable options from a legal and governance perspective
- The creation of the ESOP and BBOS
Enterprise and Supplier Development:
- Strategy to achieve the required outcome and add value to the Measured Entity’s supply chain
- The effective implementation of a Supplier and/or Enterprise Development Program and the commercial documents to support this
The discussion will provide practical insight and lessons learnt by RSM and the Seed Academy in implementing the overall strategy.
