This presentation will focus on:
- The thought processes in considering the suitable options from a legal and governance perspective
- The creation of the ESOP and BBOS
Enterprise and Supplier Development:
- Strategy to achieve the required outcome and add value to the Measured Entity’s supply chain
- The effective implementation of a Supplier and/or Enterprise Development Program and the commercial documents to support this
The discussion will provide practical insight and lessons learnt by RSM and the Seed Academy in implementing the overall strategy.
About the presenters
Liz Pinnock is a Director of RSM SA Consulting (Pty) Ltd and holds the positions of Head Group Legal and National Head of Ethics.
Liz is also responsible for overseeing the HR & Labour Department and the Corporate Statutory Department. Liz specialises in B-BBEE transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, negotiating, drafting and finalising all forms of commercial agreements. She is an expert on Company Law and matters relating to Corporate Governance.
Donna Rachelson is Group CEO of Seed Academy and a Director of the WDB Growth Fund. She is an active advocate for diversity and firmly believes in the power of inclusion. She lobbies the ecosystem for change and is often called on by the media for opinion on entrepreneur development and fast tracking the development of women.
She has a solid business education, including an MBA and is a guest lecturer at GIBS. Donna was awarded CEO Magazine Business Women of the Year winner and was named as one of the Top 50 SA business women to watch by Entrepreneur Magazine in 2018.
