Alistair has been involved in operational and strategy consulting for the past 15 years, working for international professional services and consulting firms in various leadership capacities.
Prior to RSM, he held the roles of Consulting Director for Marsh South Africa, Senior Partner at Decision Inc, as well as the operational strategy leader for KPMG South Africa.
His primary focus at RSM is on driving the organisational vision and strategy of the firm. Additionally he oversees all operations and employee productivity and collaborates with the Executive Leadership of the firm to execute on their respective strategies.
