Andile holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Post Graduate Diploma qualification in Business and Commerce from Wits Business School, underpinning her practice with a strong academic foundation in both people management and commercial strategy.

Andile’s career spans five distinct industries,  professional services, management consulting, information technology, health and biotechnology, water and utilities, and engineering and manufacturing. This breadth of exposure has equipped her with the agility to operate effectively in highly regulated corporate environments as well as fast-paced, high-growth startups, consistently delivering people outcomes that align with broader business objectives.
