ABOUT Dinesh

Dinesh is a seasoned and results-driven professional services leader with over 27 years of experience spanning various leadership roles at a Big 4 firm, including 17 years as a partner. In his previous roles, Dinesh was the Operations Director for the Financial Services Audit Business and was also the Leader: Investments & Funds for Africa. He has spent 18 months as a Finance Executive of a Large Insurance Group

Dinesh is currently the Head of Assurance at RSM South Africa. He has demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams and fostering growth through innovation and a fresh perspective on problem-solving. He is committed to continuously enhancing the status quo by providing constructive challenges that drive performance improvements and better outcomes. Dinesh has always demonstrated a passion for Client Experience and has led the audit of a number of large, complex, regulated, listed, and unlisted clients.
