Phelokazi Nyangane

Divisional Director: Head of HR

Phelokazi Nyangane is a Divisional Director in our Johannesburg office.

She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management in 2016 at the University of Johannesburg. Thereafter she  obtained her Honours in Human Resource Management in 2018 and Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law at the University of Johannesburg.

Phelo joined RSM in September2016, after which she was appointed as a Divisional Director: Head of HR & People May 2021.

Phelo’s experience includes managing and overviewing of internal  HR policies , employment  relations, labour law,  recruitment and staffing, as well as performance management.

She is involved in performing various risk advisory assignments with a particular focus on donor funding, internal audit and fraud investigations.

She has extensive skills and knowledge in understanding technical accounting information, donor funding projects, reviewing internal controls and can liaise and guide management on all findings and recommendations.
