Tshepang Mathebula

Tshepang Mathebula worked for the Department of Economic Development as a Business Mentor, establishing  a SME data base at Impala Platinum. She was instrumental in the development of entrepreneurs in the Springs area, before pursuing her CA(SA).

From 2015 to 2018, she completed her SAICA traineeship with RSM South Africa and in 2018 she was seconded to RSM US in Chicago. On her return, she stayed with the firm as an Audit Supervisor and was later promoted to Associate. She  was the lead auditor on numerous public sector engagements in the manufacturing, retail,  and property sectors. 

In October 2021, she ventured into corporate at RCL Foods, where she was involved in the financial reporting and weekly KPI analysis for the speciality division. She then returned to the audit field.
