Denyse Davelaar

Director

Denyse Davelaar has been a Director Assurance & Accountancy at RSM in Utrecht since September 2026. She has extensive experience in accountancy, including as a partner, and specialises in the audit and advisory of medium sized and larger companies, with a particular affinity for family businesses.

Denyse looks beyond the financial statements. She combines a strong technical foundation with a broad perspective on entrepreneurship, strategy and organisational development. By identifying developments and opportunities at an early stage, she helps entrepreneurs look ahead and make well considered decisions. She also considers it important to bring together different areas of expertise and build sustainable relationships based on trust and commitment.

In addition to her role at RSM, Denyse is a board member of SRA and Chair of the Supervisory Board of Rabobank Utrechtse Waarden and surrounding areas.

Denyse is characterised by her analytical skills, strategic insight, connecting leadership style and focus on results. She believes in the power of collaboration, asks critical questions and always keeps sight of the people behind the business.
