Marco is tax partner and part of the RSM International Tax Services (ITS) practice based in Amsterdam and Schiphol.

Marco has strong international tax knowledge and as such served and serves many Dutch, US and UK based corporate clients with global operations.

Within ITS Marco is responsible for the Outbound practice focusing on Dutch based large- and midsized companies with operations and/or aspirations abroad (mostly family or private equity owned).

Marco’s work encompasses all aspects of assisting clients with their tax strategy, tax compliance and managing their effective tax rate. This includes amongst others: International tax structuring, setting up European holding structures, CIT/VAT compliance, CbcR obligations, applying for APAs and Advance Tax Rulings, and assisting clients with their transfer pricing strategy and TP documentation.

Next to that, Marco is head of the Dutch M&A tax practice. In this capacity Marco is responsible for the tax due diligence projects serviced and engaged by RSM Netherlands.

Marco is a full member of the International Fiscal Association and the Dutch National Order of Tax Advisors.
