RSM, the world’s sixth largest network of independent audit, tax and consulting firms, has been recognised as the Network of the Year at this year’s The Accountant and International Accounting Bulletin Awards.

The Network of the Year Award criteria includes the demonstration of profitable growth strategies and recognition by the industry as a reputable brand that consistently delivers high-quality professional services.

Specifically, the judges commented on the success of the network’s new global brand, and the achievements over the past two years that have resulted in a stronger, better positioned and more understood network. They also praised RSM’s focus on its foundation of quality whilst at the same time building new areas of strength.

This is the second time RSM has been awarded the Network of the Year, having previously won in 2014.

The past two years have been pivotal in RSM's history. Following the successful launch of our unified name and brand, our firms are working on embedding RSM in their markets and bringing The Power of Being Understood and the values this upholds to their clients and communities..."

Now in its sixth year, The Accountant & International Accounting Bulletin Awards bring together prominent industry professionals to celebrate excellence in the accountancy profession. A gala dinner was held on the evening of 4 October 2017, at the Tower Hotel, City of London, to announce and celebrate the winners.

THE ACCOUNTANT & INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNTING BULLETIN AWARDS STATEMENT:

"RSM came very close to taking the prize last year, and therefore it is of little surprise that they caught the jurors’ eye this year again. Continuing on strong achievements following its successful global rebranding RSM impressed jurors with its strong achievements over the last two years which resulted in a stronger, better position and a much more understood alliance. Jurors praised RSM for its ability to strengthen its basic foundation and at the same time build on new areas and projects."
