Grace Wee is a Partner in RSM New Zealand's Auckland North office, providing tax and advisory services to a wide range of clients.

Drawing on her background within Inland Revenue and extensive experience in tax investigations and compliance, Grace helps clients navigate complex tax matters with confidence. She is known for her strong technical knowledge, practical approach and commitment to helping clients achieve favourable outcomes while maintaining legislative compliance.

Grace is passionate about helping businesses and individuals understand their obligations, manage tax risk and make informed decisions. 

Experience

While completing her studies, Grace gained valuable commercial experience working for a major New Zealand retailer in both customer-facing and back-office roles, including payroll administration. This early exposure provided insight into the operational and financial challenges faced by large organisations.

Following graduation, Grace joined Inland Revenue, where she spent several years working across a range of functions before moving into tax investigations with a particular focus on property-related matters. During this time, she developed a deep understanding of tax legislation, compliance requirements and Inland Revenue processes.

Since joining RSM in 2016, Grace has applied this expertise to assisting clients through significant audits, tax risk reviews and compliance matters, helping achieve favourable outcomes and providing confidence in complex situations.
