Tax in business

 

Businesses in South Africa will be subject to income tax when taxable income is generated and are required to file its annual tax return one year after its financial year end.

Every company has an obligation to settle provisional tax or advanced tax twice a year, with the first payment being due within the sixth month of the year and the second being due in the last month of the financial year.
