We are looking for Interns to join our Milan office.
 

The resource will work closely with other professionals in the Service Line Risk & Compliance in the area of projects in the areas of Legislative Decree 231/2001, Corporate Compliance, Internal Audit, Gender Equality, GDPR and Privacy.

Specifically, the resource will support the Service Line components in the following main activities:

  • Assisting in the design of Internal Control and Risk Management Systems of leading Italian and multinational companies;
  • Preparation and updating of Organization, Management and Control Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001;
  • Performance of audits in support of the Supervisory Board pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001;
  • Preparation and updating of 231 Procedures;
  • Implementation of the Whistleblowing reporting management system (Legislative Decree 24/2023) and assignment of external manager;
  • Risk assessment, implementation and management of compliance projects: anti-corruption (L. 190/2012, anti-money laundering (Legislative Decree 231/2007);
  • Gender Equality Certification UNI PDR 125:2022; assistance to companies wishing to start the certification process;
  • Performance of outsourced Internal Audit activities.
     

Requirements

  • Master's degree in law or economics with excellent grades;
  • Results orientation;
  • Accuracy, confidentiality;
  • Strong motivation to undertake the professional activity;
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language;
  • Excellent knowledge of Office package software;
  • Good organizational skills, initiative, problem solving skills, flexibility;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, propensity for teamwork;
  • Willingness to travel and relocate domestically and internationally.
