In his talk, Surfing the waves of change Jason Clarke from Minds at Work shares how change, like waves can be measured by the distance between their peaks and troughs to form patterns, and by being able to identify these patterns it is possible to better project and plan for what may happen next. Understanding which waves we should ignore and which ones we should pay attention to will enable us to identify emerging opportunities, even in the worst of storms.
