The programmes 
Public Sector Learning Solutions programmes are designed taking into account the regulatory, organisational and operational specificities of public administrations. Organisational Wellbeing 
Training programmes aimed at promoting organisational wellbeing, improving the internal climate and strengthening employee engagement. These initiatives support public administrations in managing organisational dynamics, preventing workplace distress and developing sustainable and effective working environments. 

Public Procurement & Contracts
Training programmes dedicated to public procurement and contracts, with a specific focus on the practical application of the Public Procurement Code, procurement procedures, process management and the roles of the various stakeholders involved. This area, among the most in demand, supports public administrations in regulatory compliance and the effective management of public procurement. 

Anti-corruption & Compliance
Training initiatives supporting anti-corruption prevention systems and the promotion of integrity within public administration. Programmes address organisational safeguards, role responsibilities and the adoption of behaviours consistent with the principles of transparency and legality.

Behavioural & Soft Skills
Programmes focused on the development of transversal skills, aimed at strengthening individual and organisational effectiveness. Areas of focus include communication, relationship management, teamwork, change management and role awareness within public administration. 

Digital & AI Skills for Public Administration 
Training programmes dedicated to the development of digital capabilities within public administration, including training on the use of information technologies and artificial intelligence tools. These initiatives support the informed adoption of digital solutions, in line with the principles of security, transparency and accountability.
