The Liquidators of Providoor are seeking expressions of interest for the business assets of the Company. 

These assets supported the Company’s unique service offering of providing pre-prepared premium restaurant meals delivered to customer homes in Melbourne and Sydney for their enjoyment.


Assets may include:

  • Business name “Providoor”
  • International and Australian registered trademarks
  • Customer database — approximately 400,000 customers
  • Domain names
  • Proven bespoke IT platform, seamlessly connecting customers, restaurants and delivery providers
  • Access to social media accounts
  • Full media library
  • Operating manuals and procedures
