How the Programme Works

First Rotation (9 Months)

Build strong technical foundations in one core discipline: 
• Assurance 
• Tax 
 

Second Rotation (9 Months) 

Broaden your exposure across emerging, advisory and specialist fields, giving you the opportunity to discover your strengths and explore where you can add the most value. 
 

Career Placement 

After 18 months in the 24-month program, you will select a career focus and move into a role aligned with your interests and strengths. The remaining six months are dedicated to building expertise in your chosen area, providing you with sufficient runway to work towards your next grade. 

This final phase ensures you gain the knowledge and confidence needed for future advancement upon completion of the programme.

Our programme is thoughtfully designed to provide a holistic experience. We strongly advise against dropping out midway, as it may disrupt your learning experience and exposure.

Before the end of your second rotation, you’ll choose a specialised track within assurance, tax, advisory or accounting. This allows you to further develop your expertise. Intermediate training will be provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge. While your preference will be considered, final placement depends on your performance and the business needs.

Unfortunately, no. The programme is a structured two-year commitment, after which associates transition into a role within one of our functions to continue their career journey with us.

No. Promotions are performance-based. The programme is designed to provide comprehensive training, ensuring you remain aligned with your peers and equipped for career progression.
