Eric Qin Jie

Eric is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience across mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, and the United States. He currently leads the Firm’s China business, bringing deep expertise in assurance, cross-border transactions, capital markets, M&A, internal controls, risk management, tax advisory, and business consulting. He supports Chinese clients in Singapore and globally, whether private enterprises, publicly listed companies, or state-owned entities, on their growth journeys worldwide.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2025, Eric spent over 25 years at a Big Four firm, where he was admitted to the partnership in 2012. He led audit and assurance engagements, including IPOs, under multiple standards for clients across diverse industries such as manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, retail and consumer, infrastructure, real estate, TMT, private equity, and financial services. Eric also focused on coordinating cross-disciplinary services to help clients address complex challenges and achieve strategic goals. His client portfolio included listed entities in China, Hong Kong, and the United States, as well as subsidiaries of global organisations.

Eric also has extensive experience in marketing, communications, and government affairs in China. He managed key relationships with media and government bodies, leveraging these networks to support his clients’ strategic objectives and stakeholder engagement.
