Puay Hoon, Head of Tax at RSM Singapore, has over 20 years of experience in corporate and individual taxation. She has worked with multi-national enterprises on their in-bound investment needs and local companies on both their domestic and internationalisation tax issues. 

Her vast experience covers a diverse client portfolio across a wide array of industries. This includes advising on corporate group reorganisations, cross-border royalty and service fee payments, tax treaty interpretations and withholding taxes, investment and IP structuring, M&A transactions involving tax due diligence and tax incentive applications.  

Puay Hoon also handles tax advance rulings, audits and investigations and advises on transfer pricing matters. She conducts tax health-check reviews to help clients meet their tax compliance obligations. She offers tailored advice and solutions to high net-worth individuals on wealth planning and generational wealth transfer strategies.  
 

As a Member of the Income Tax Board of Review under the Ministry of Finance, Puay Hoon contributes her technical expertise and experience in tax law provision and compliance. 

She is also a regular speaker on tax issues, collaborating with professional bodies and industry associations on various occasions.
