Catherine heads the Firm’s Corporate Secretarial business unit which provides formation, compliance and advisory services for emerging businesses, multinationals, statutory boards, not-for-profit organisations and public companies. She also serves clients in other industries such as financial services, information technology, healthcare, shipping, manufacturing, retail and construction. Throughout the course of her practice, Catherine has served as a company secretary to public-listed, private and variable capital companies.

With significant years of experience in corporate secretarial, compliance and governance, Catherine has worked with local and global clients to advise, implement and manage corporate exercises such as legal entity rationalisation, corporate restructuring, share-based transactions such as capital reduction, share buyback and employee share option schemes etc.
