Cindy spent a significant number of years with the Big 4 firms in London handling UK corporate, personal and trust taxation.

Prior to joining the Firm as partner, Cindy was a tax partner with one of the Big 4 firms in Singapore.

Cindy has several years of corporate tax experience and international tax exposures. Her areas of focus are investment and fund structuring, corporate group restructuring, family offices and wealth transfer planning, tax incentive applications, tax investigation and audit.

Her professional experience covers a diverse portfolio of clients across a spectrum of industries including private equity funds, family offices, information technology, pharmaceutical and healthcare, shipping and hospitality services.
