Fionn has significant regional experience in areas of accounting and finance, statutory compliance, payroll, taxation, audit, and consulting. In the Firm, Fionn helps businesses meet their regional accounting and reporting requirements. As a technology enabler for digital transformation in Finance, she is passionate in business grooming through cloud accounting to sustain growth, layering technology driven capabilities and dashboards to provide insights to meet the ever-evolving business landscape. She helps in managing regional pursuits of client outsourcing, recruitment and contract talent solutions that can help businesses improve operational efficiencies.

As the Deputy Industry Lead of the Private Equity Practice, she facilitates consistency across the Private Equity space especially in steering the portfolio companies through finance transformation and optimisation to create timely, accurate, and audit-ready financials.

Prior to joining the Firm, Fionn was with an MNC responsible for the regional accounting, corporate finance, statutory and compliance for the Australia, India, and Singapore offices
