Jamie joined the Firm in 2010 and specialises in business and transaction advisory services including deal advisory, mergers and acquisitions support, business planning exercises, financial due diligence, debt restructuring, corporate risk advisory and corporate financial and operations review across a spectrum of industries.

She has experience in auditing, accounting, advisory, and has undertaken cross-border corporate exercises in the Asia-Pacific region.

Prior to joining the Firm, Jamie spent seven years working with a top 5 audit firm in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and had been involved in statutory audits, due diligence, bonds issuances, IPO and reverse takeover exercises.
