Peiyu joined the Firm in 2009 and has built strong expertise in transaction advisory services. She is experienced in financial due diligence, sale and purchase advisory, transaction support/vendor assistance, and deal completion, providing support to middle-market companies and private equity investors.

Additionally, she has experience in financial audit and assurance services.

Her expertise in both transaction advisory and assurance services spans a wide range of industries, including, but not limited to, education, real estate, transportation and logistics, healthcare, food and beverages, and construction.
