David is a Director of the Business Advisory division in Perth.

David is passionate about adding value to businesses and assisting clients to achieve their goals through providing general accounting and taxation advice.

Acting as a true partner in client affairs, David provides a range of advice to clients including business planning, business strategy and development, family wealth, succession planning and estate planning advice.

David comes from a strong background assisting small business clients before joining RSM in 2000. With over 30 years’ experience working in a range of industries, David has significant experience in all areas of taxation, including income tax, fringe benefits tax, GST and capital gains tax.

From 1996 to 2014, David held a position with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, where he was involved with the CA program and the education and training of prospective chartered accountants.

In his spare time, David is a self-titled sports tourist and is often found at cricket test matches or Formula One races around the globe. When he is not travelling, you may find (or rather, hear) David jamming out on the drums!
