Lisa is a Receptionist and is often the first point of contact for clients visiting or calling the office.
Based in Bunbury, she plays an important role in ensuring clients experience a professional, welcoming and efficient service from their very first interaction with the firm.
Lisa supports clients with appointment scheduling, invoice and payment queries, and general administrative assistance. She also helps clients navigate Australian Taxation Office (ATO) portal access and locate important documentation when needed. Understanding that these processes can sometimes feel confusing or frustrating, Lisa takes a calm and patient approach, helping clients resolve issues quickly and with confidence.

Before joining RSM Australia, Lisa worked as a Recruitment Officer, where she developed strong organisational and communication skills. Her background in recruitment strengthened her ability to work with a wide range of people and manage competing priorities, skills she now brings to her front-of-house role.
Lisa values being part of a friendly and supportive team and enjoys building positive relationships with clients. She understands that small details, returning a call promptly, providing clear information, or assisting with a document request, can make a meaningful difference to a client’s day.
Whether assisting with ATO-related questions, coordinating meetings with advisers, or helping clients with payments and documentation, Lisa ensures every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys cooking and caravaning, and describes herself as a proud night owl.
