Ross Dixon is the National Manufacturing Leader and Partner in the Business Advisory division, based in Albury.

With more than 15 years’ experience across the UK and Australia, Ross advises large corporate groups, middle market businesses, regional enterprises and high net worth individuals on complex tax, accounting and business growth matters. His experience spans manufacturing, engineering, real estate and construction, and family offices. 

Having worked extensively with businesses expanding into new markets, Ross is known for helping owners and leadership teams structure for growth, strengthen financial governance and prepare their businesses for investment, succession or exit while navigating increasingly complex tax and reporting requirements.

Outside of work, Ross is a keen cricket enthusiast and has been fortunate to play at some of the world's most recognised grounds, including Lord's and the Melbourne Cricket Ground. He also enjoys following the game and spending time with family and friends.

  • Ross has managed complex corporate tax compliance programs for multinational organisations headquartered in the United Kingdom, Japan and the United States. These engagements involved coordinating Australian tax obligations alongside broader international reporting requirements, helping clients maintain compliance while supporting business operations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • He has led large multi-jurisdictional tax projects for businesses operating in the manufacturing, shipping and retail sectors. By bringing together tax, accounting and commercial considerations, Ross helped clients navigate cross-border expansion and changing regulatory requirements while reducing complexity for management teams.
  • Ross has also delivered finance function transformation projects for large businesses, redesigning financial reporting processes and strengthening stakeholder and investor reporting. These projects improved the quality and timeliness of financial information, giving leadership teams greater confidence in strategic decision-making.
