We have introduced a new JPK_KR_PD format that will apply as of 2027 and will be used for reporting data for the year 2026. The new structure is available in the same JPK KR module, in the dedicated field: Return form system code.

Upon selecting the new format, some extra fields will be shown, enabling users to enter some additional amounts related to the income tax calculation.

Moreover, the configuration allows users to  define the type of their business entity, affecting the Trial balance layout in SAF. The following options are available:

• Bank,
• Insurer or reinsurance Company,
• Public benefit or volunteer organization,
• Investment fund,
• Brokerage house,
• Credit union,
• Other entity,
• Entity applying IFRS.

At the account level, in the dedicated PLP Trial Balance marker field, there is an option to assign a tag, as required by the new JPK_KR_PD structure.

We have ensured a new KSeF 2.0 file format that is consistent with the logical structure of the FA(3) XML file. This format will be valid for documents issued as of 1 February 2026. This is the date from which companies meeting certain income criteria are obliged to transmit sales documents. For documents issued before 1 February 2026, the existing KSeF 1.0 version will continue to apply. The Polish Localization Package solution will automatically select the appropriate format when generating the XML file.

We have prepared new XML formats for JPK_V7M and JPK_V7K files that will be valid for returns filed for the period from February 2026.

We have also updated the information shown on the PDF printout of the return, adding new sections required by law.

We have made improvements to the KSeF registry module enabling the import of purchase documents to NetSuite:

• we have adjusted import processes for environments running on SuiteTax engine,
• we have allowed the indication of forms for imported Bill and Bill Credit transactions.

In VAT registers modules, we have added columns allowing users to more precisely review the presented data and match them with the returns.

For VAT sales register report:

• Deductible tax coeff. (input VAT * mixed business),
• Simplified procedure,
• Triangular transaction.

For VAT purchase register report:

• Capital goods,
• Deductible tax coeff. (input VAT * mixed business),
• Triangular transaction.

We have incorporated additional parametrisations for the data presented on sales document printouts in the Polish Localization Package.

• Now, the function of printing amounts stated in words features the option to select the type of amount presented – either the Total or the Remaining due.

Where the Total is selected for printing, the amount will constitute the document’s total amount.

Where the Remaining due is selected, the amount will only refer to the amount that has not been accounted for.

• We have secured a possibility to add translations of units of measure for languages available in the Polish Localization Package printouts: Polish, English and German.

We have ensured a possibility to generate reports of the Polish Localization Package based on a modified reporting mechanism. For clients working with big data this functionality should significantly reduce the time required to generate reports. Now, the modules of the Polish Localization Package offer a new section: Performance options, including an extra parameter: Use faster database fetch methods. This functionality has been made available for the following reports:

• Trial balance,
• Transaction details,
• JPK KR,
• JPK KR_PD.
