Singapore Insolvency Conference 2023

The Singapore Insolvency Conference, the largest restructuring and insolvency conference in Singapore, will take place from 22 to 23 November 2023 at Marina One Auditorium.

Organised by the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Singapore, the conference theme for this year is “Looking ahead - Rethinking R&I” – speakers and delegates will discuss current and future trends and developments in Restructuring and Insolvency, what lies ahead, and possible reforms to address existing issues and meet new challenges including those posed by climate change and artificial intelligence.

This year’s conference will also witness the launch of the inaugural regional forum for various R&I organisations and bodies, bringing together representatives from South East Asia and beyond, paving the path for enhanced regional collaboration and harmonisation.
