Responsibilities

  • To support all other corporate and business advisory engagement (e.g. M&A, valuation, debt restructuring, business planning and etc.)
  • To assist in M&A and valuation related research work as well as financial analysis.
  • Detail-oriented, good analytical skills and strong business acumen.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned to support departmental and organization objectives

Requirements

  • Finance/Accountancy/Business Management undergraduate
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
  • Possess initiative.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
