Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying, collecting and the analysis of ESG-related data from clients across various industries, through tools such as systems, interviews and workshops
  • Support ESG assurance procedures in compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices
  • Test and evaluate the reliability, accuracy and completeness of ESG data
  • Stay updated on ESG reporting guidelines, standards, and regulations, through webinars and trainings
  • Deliver well-informed solutions and recommendations to address clients’ ESG needs and concerns
  • Support other ESG projects, including gap analysis, sustainability reporting, designing methodologies and frameworks, organising trainings, seminars and workshops for internal and external stakeholders, develop go-to market strategies, etc
  • Identify areas of improvements in client’s ESG practices to enhance current ESG practices and monitor progress against long-term sustainability objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with ESG Sustainability Reporting, Business Consulting, Internal Audit, Data Science, and other functions within RSM.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a Sustainability related discipline
