Ben is a Corporate Advisory Partner, experienced as a forensic investigator, compliance advisor, and a qualified Fellow Chartered Accountant. He leads the Litigation Support and Forensic Practice of the firm.

Recognised in the Forensic Accountants chapter of Lexology (formerly Who’s Who Legal): Investigations since 2019, Ben is an expert in complex cross-border fraud investigations, dispute matters, anti-bribery and corruption compliance reviews, and third-party/business partner audits. He has worked on engagements across Asia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and the Middle East.

His work has assisted clients in responding to requests from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Hong Kong and Singapore Stock Exchanges, independent directors, senior management and key stakeholders.

Ben’s clients include multinationals, mainland Chinese and Singapore firms in various industries and sectors across financial institutions, new energy, life sciences, chemical, agriculture and manufacturing.

In addition to being a regular public speaker and author of thought leadership pieces, Ben contributed to the course design of the Singapore Management University (SMU) Bachelor of Accountancy’s second major in Financial Forensics. He is also an Adjunct Lecturer for the Forensic Accounting & Investigation module of the programme since its inauguration in 2020.
