With the recent breach of confidentiality in the spotlight, join us in partnership with RHTLaw Asia as we examine the recent Singapore High Court decision in Hayate Partners Pte Ltd v Rajan Sunil Kumar [2025] SGHC 41.
This session will provide legal insights on the Court’s findings and discuss the broader implications for employment practices and confidentiality enforcement. We will also share practical strategies on protecting sensitive business information and preserving evidence prior to an employee’s departure or termination.
