Seraphina has over 15 years of experience in indirect tax, including managing compliance matters and providing consulting services to clients across a diverse range of industries. Her work covers areas such as performing ASK and ACAP reviews, seeking advance rulings from IRAS, and advising on other GST-related matters. She has worked with businesses in real estate and construction, retail, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, aviation, financial institutions, and logistics, among others. 

Prior to joining the Firm, Seraphina was with a Big Four accounting firm and a commercial organisation, where she handled both local and international indirect tax matters.
