Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining source code for internal systems and applications
  • Support the team in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement
  • Help gather and document business requirements and translate them into basic functional or technical specifications
  • Collaborate with team members (e.g., Project Managers, developers, and vendors) to support solution design and implementation
  • Participate in testing activities, including system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Assist in tracking project progress and preparing simple status updates for stakeholders
  • Support coordination with vendors and internal teams where required
  • Help provide basic post-implementation support for system-related issues
  • Maintain and update project documentation, user guides, and knowledge materials
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing sessions and team discussions

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information and Communications Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
