Singapore, 21 September 2026– RSM Singapore was proud to partner the Singapore Business Federation (SBF), alongside Boston Consulting Group (BCG), DBS Bank and Enterprise Singapore, in the launch of the Future Ready Business Index (FRBI), a new diagnostic tool designed to help businesses assess their readiness, identify capability gaps and prioritise transformation initiatives. 

 

The FRBI was officially launched at Future Ready Business in Action: Accelerating Enterprise Transformation, a forum that brought together business leaders, industry experts and policymakers to discuss how organisations can strengthen resilience, enhance competitiveness and navigate an increasingly complex business environment. 
Developed to support SMEs on their transformation journey, the FRBI assesses business readiness across six key dimensions: business performance, international growth, technology, talent, sustainability and social impact. Participating businesses receive a personalised assessment that highlights priority capability gaps and recommended areas for action. 

 

As part of the broader Future Ready Business ecosystem, the FRBI aims to help organisations move from diagnosis to implementation by connecting them with relevant programmes, expertise and ecosystem partners.
