Chai Hong has significant years of experience advising and handling corporate and personal income taxes. She specialises in areas such as statutory tax filings, liaising and negotiating with the tax authority on issues such as tax investigations and audits, and withholding tax matters. She also advises clients on cross border matters, in particular permanent establishments and withholding tax implications. Her clients are from different industries, which include retail, consumer products, construction, healthcare, manufacturing, and transportation and logistics sectors.

She joined the Firm in 1995 and progressed to a director in 2015.
