Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform financial & operations review of the clients 
  • Prepare financial models/valuation models 
  • Work with clients on the formulation of the restructuring proposal and action plan 
  • Support meetings with stakeholders such as lenders, bondholders, other creditors and shareholders  
  • Assist in investor search, including research, preparation of information memorandum, formulation of deal structure, negotiations and documentation

Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance or professional accounting qualifications     
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in audit and assurance or restructuring and workouts 
  • Self-motivated, good team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines 
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly  
  • Analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent financial modelling, report writing and presentation skills 
  • Willingness to travel on overseas assignments 
  •  Good interpersonal skill, possess business sense and resourceful 
  • Ability to write and speak fluently in Mandarin would be an advantage
