Mong Sheong has extensive experience serving clients in the logistics and transportation industries, as well as oil and gas, leveraging his industry background.

His commercial experience includes accounting, reporting, finance, and business planning. He has been involved in major projects, including establishing capital control procedures and complex cost allocation models at a petrochemical plant, as well as migrating accounting functions to overseas operations. He also has experience analysing monthly business results and leading and coordinating annual corporate planning processes.

From 1997 to 2001, Mong Sheong handled audits at Arthur Andersen Singapore before embarking on a six-year career with a Fortune 100 oil and gas company.
