Job Description:
The role of accountants will evolve, as digital transformation and concept of sustainability are starting to take centre stage across all industries. The Graduate Accountant-Advisor Programme (GAAP) is a career programme by RSM Singapore to develop accountancy graduates with high potential into multi-skilled, highly trained and professionally qualified business advisors that can navigate the complex business environment and deliver impactful outcomes for our clients.

As part of GAAP, you will be rotated to various job functions, from financial audit or tax, to working on IT audits, data science and environmental, social and governance (ESG) projects.

You will be mentored and groomed into a young leader with multi-disciplinary skill sets, able to tackle the challenges of the future.

You will also be given full support to obtain the Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualifications (SCAQ) or Accredited Tax Practitioner, as well as other relevant qualifications, whenever necessary.

Assurance
Perform tailored audit work in accordance with applicable framework.

Tax
Provide specialist tax services and taxation advice to clients.
 		Data Science
Provide tailored, future-proof solutions that empower businesses.

ESG
Advise businesses on their sustainability strategy.

Advisory
Provide expert business advices, merger and acquisition, transaction support and valuation advisory services.

Technology Consulting
Provide technology advisory, implementation, and managed services for IT, security, data protection, and AI tools.

Corporate Secretarial
Provide expert advice on structuring and managing corporate entities locally and internationally.

Accounting Services
Provide accounting and compliance solutions from cloud accounting to value-added services like SWAT Accounting and CFO2SME.
 

Specialisations
After completion of both rotations, you will have the option to specialise in one of the 2 areas that you have completed.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Accounting graduates (Bachelors or above) with less than a year of work experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Technically competent, technology-savvy, energetic, and culturally adaptable
  • Good interpersonal communication, report writing, and presentation skills
  • Versatile, motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
