Director

Fabian has over 10 years of audit and assurance experience, serving privately held organisations, public-listed companies, and multinational groups across sectors including real estate, hospitality, energy and commodities, consumer products, industrial manufacturing, healthcare, and funds.

In his current role and as a member of the Firm’s Industrial Manufacturing Practice, Fabian leads statutory and group audits, agreed-upon procedures engagements, and assurance work for both commercial and non-profit organisations. His responsibilities include audit strategy and execution, oversight of multi-jurisdictional teams, and the communication of key findings to boards and audit committees. He has also been involved in forensic and investigative review assignments, focusing on the assessment of processes, data integrity, and control gaps, while supporting management with practical recommendations to strengthen governance and internal controls. 

Prior to joining the Firm, Fabian worked with a Big 4 firm in Singapore and Malaysia. During this period, he led audits of family-owned businesses and multinational clients, including PCAOB-regulated engagements, and contributed to audit quality initiatives and staff development.
