Helen was admitted as a Partner in 2006. She is a member of the Firm’s Professional and Business Services Practice, drawing on her extensive experience in the industry.

She is responsible for a portfolio of listed and privately-owned clients, including solicitors, management corporations and associations. She is also involved in due diligence and reporting accountant assignments with respect to initial public offerings on the Singapore Exchange.

She joined the Firm in 1990 upon attaining a Diploma in Accountancy (Merit) from Ngee Ann Polytechnic where she was the Stone Forest Book Prize recipient. She then pursued ACCA and became a Chartered Accountant in 1996.
