Director

Ghim Siong leads the firm’s analytics, artificial intelligence and automation initiatives. In his current role, he works closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate operational challenges into practical technology solutions that enhance productivity, reduce manual effort and deliver actionable insights.

He leads a multidisciplinary team supporting internal functions and clients across business, audit, tax and advisory engagements. His responsibilities include solution delivery, analytics enablement, AI adoption, stakeholder engagement and digital capability building. With cross-training in information systems auditing, he also helps clients strengthen IT processes, controls and governance.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ghim Siong gained multidisciplinary experience across engineering, biomedical cancer research, organisational transformation and professional services. He has applied computational methods, analytics and AI-enabled techniques to areas including process optimisation, cancer biomarker discovery, digital transformation and manpower analytics. His work has contributed to peer-reviewed research publications, international conference presentations and industry recognition.
