Wong Woon Wai

Director

Woon Wai specialises in assurance engagements of businesses with operations in China, as well as Chinese and Taiwanese businesses with operations in Singapore. He currently leads the training function for the Firm’s Assurance Department.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2003, he was an audit manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Beijing, where he managed the audits of automobile clients in China (including Volvo, Volkswagen, Ford).

He joined Ernst & Young Singapore in 1987. In 1992, he was transferred to the Taipei office of Ernst & Young, where he specialised in audits of multinational companies. He has also managed due diligence assignments for mergers and acquisitions of multinational companies.
