In this third installment of our Tax Chats series, Belinda Crowley discusses Dividend Withholding Tax (WHT).

Dividend withholding tax applies to payments of dividends to non-residents.

A payment of a fully franked dividend is exempt from withholding tax, however unfranked dividends will give rise to an exposure.
