Jean Stephens, CEO of RSM International took a few minutes from her busy schedule to chat to Steve over a skinny flat white during her visit to Brisbane last week.

From a background in audit in the US, Jean moved to London to work in the executive office, and was later appointed Global CEO of  RSM International in January 2006. Her job involves working with RSM firms in over 120 countries (with over 52,000 people!) to work on strategy and meeting client needs.

Jean spoke about the RSM journey in becoming a unified global brand and how important and valuable it is to have a caring and collaborative culture. Through their warm and friendly chat, Steve and Jean discuss the challenges of maintaining personal connections through the pandemic and their thoughts on working from home models and the future of work.
