Leading Melco Engineering, a specialist heavy fabrication company servicing a number of mine sites across Australia, Mark Gregory talks about diverse career to date, and his strategic focus to grow and diversify the business in a sector that will be facing challenges over the coming months.
Whilst the mining sector may not have been impacted significantly in Australia (compared to other international mine sites) due to COVID-19, with projects onsite continuing to be carried out, Mark shares his experience in overcoming business challenges in recent times, and talks about the importance of focusing on communication when leading a company, especially in recent times.
