In a recent engagement, we had the privilege of working closely with a government client to streamline their complaints process. Through a thorough analysis of their existing procedures, we identified areas for improvement and developed a tailored strategy. 

Together, we meticulously mapped out the workflow, carefully assessing which elements were truly necessary. The results were stark. By reducing touchpoints from an overwhelming 140 to a lean and efficient 35, we simplified the process and freed up valuable staff time for more productive endeavours.

Another client turned to RSM Australia after facing challenges in finding a solution that fit. They wanted a customised strategy that would cater to their specific needs. This client had approached other providers but felt dissatisfied by the off-the-shelf solutions they offered. The client came to us frustrated by the experience of trying to adapt their internal needs to a templated risk management approach.  Instead, they were looking for genuine engagement with real people who would invest time in understanding their requirements and provide personalised service. We worked closely with the Project leader to ensure that the organisation was left with a risk management approach that met their evolving needs, including future projects and acquisitions.  The most satisfying part for us was the knowledge transfer between our team and the client.  By the end, we felt confident that the client had developed the skills to be able to apply, manage and maintain their new risk approach to a high standard.  Of course. we remain just a phone call away to support them if needed. Ultimately, the RSM team successfully delivered a tailored solution that exceeded the client's expectations.
