Emma’s work spans the preparation and analysis of financial statements, forecasting and budgeting, annual tax compliance, CGT concessions, and advisory support for business exits, acquisitions, and transitions. She is particularly well-regarded for her tailored strategies for small businesses, pharmacy groups, and private clients, where she delivers practical solutions that balance growth opportunities with risk management.
Having started her career at RSM as a Graduate Accountant in 2011, Emma understands the multi-disciplinary aspect of the firm and now enjoys mentoring and empowering the next generation of accountants.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time outdoors with her two young daughters and winding down with a good book.
